embodied movement and breathwork are practices that allows you to connect deeper to your body's ancient wisdom & the power + vitality that lives in each breath

through sound healing and group meditation, you will have an opportunity to integrate the work within your body

What to bring

  • yoga matt + comfortable clothes for a physical movement practice

  • a sweater for breathwork, your body will cool down as your nervous system relaxes
