Cacao & Sound, Vancouver

come sit with the heart medicine of cacao

About this event

Through sound & cacao we will come together in celebration.

Cacao is a plant medicine that connects us to our heart and brings us back to harmony with nature, each other & ourselves.

"Cacao is a great source of four scientifically proven bliss chemicals – serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylethylamine. These neurotransmitters are associated with cosy feelings of wellbeing, happiness, and can even alleviate depression. A natural, healthy, delicious (and legal) way to get your happy buzz on." , begoodorganics

Cacao will be offered and we will open an OM chanting portal.

Om is both a mantra and vibration. Which holds many benefits.

Om Chanting is a powerful way to help remove obstacles in our lives, our business, and in our relationships. It benefits our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Coming together to chant also expands the healing benefits to our community and the world at large.

The mantra and sound healing, has many health benefits. Reducing stress, lowering blood pressure and relaxing the body. It can improve your quality of sleep, memory and focus.

It is a powerful, ancient practice, gifted to us that energizes the body and mind at the same time.

***Ceremonial Cacao Precautions

"The theobromine in cacao is a vasodilator: it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Ceremony Cacao doses will increase blood flow to the brain & heart by at least 40%.

If you have a heart condition or are pregnant it is likely still safe to consume ceremonial cacao but at lower doses.

If you are taking antidepressants or hypertension medication you should speak with your doctor before consuming ceremonial cacao."
