Welcome
Aqui y Ahora…
Here & Now…
Welcome to this breath, this moment.
I’m so grateful you’ve found your way here.
For the last decade I’ve been on a healing journey. Working through anxiety, complex PTSD, grief and addiction. I spent all of my teens and early 20s dissociated from my body and escaping my thoughts and feelings. This past decade has been a return to the body, a coming home, with the breath.
I’ve worked to re-pattern my thoughts & behavior, reshaping the way I show up in relationships and to the world. Learning to connect to my body through movement and breath. Learning to listen to what my body has to tell me. I’ve tried almost every healing modality available and chose to study the most potent ones to dive deeper.
My training began as a journey of self-healing. When I left for India 8 years ago, teaching and sharing practices as a career path was not even a thought in my mind. I still believed I’d be getting my masters in creative research. What is that joke about telling God your plans? ;)
Five years ago I received the call it was time to be of service to my community, it was time to share what I had discovered. To the share the practices that changed my life and brought me to the place I am now…. A way of being where I am fully present in my body and living in the beauty of each moment, aqui y ahora.
Thank you for being here. You are needed.
Love and gratitude to all my teachers, healers and those who walked this path before us,
Mishka
