What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a journey.
It is a somatic therapeutic practice backed by science.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an opportunity to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is an opportunity for learning & integration. The practice can help you return to a natural, stress-free pattern of breath & way of being.
This work is backed by scientific research found in concepts such as Polyvagal Theory, nervous system rewiring, co-regulation techniques, and somatic therapy.
There is a transformative power behind coming together as a collective to engage in group work that allows us to tap into our vulnerability, our authentic expression, and our felt sense of empowerment.
Experience what it is like to enter an intentionally created safe space facilitated by professionals who are specialized trauma & somatic practitioners.
Sabia Healing will be at the event with free microdose samples for anyone interested in adding a microdose to their experience!
What is a sound bath?
The breathwork experience will end with sound healing integration.
A live soundbath using traditional, vibrational instruments like crystal bowls, chimes & gong combined with Chris Noble's 432hz tuned music which will include soothing tones, improvised piano and singing.
Instruments are weaved together to create a soundscape that activates your sensory self, encouraging deep listening, relaxation & vibrational balance within your body.
“Chris’ sound and music journey was transformative in a way words cannot fully express. His intuitive wisdom of music and frequency combined to resonate with every particle of my being. This journey expanded my consciousness beyond worldly burdens into a state of pure tranquillity, peace and unity. I felt limitations and blockages dissolve in the deepest parts of my soul, and for that, I cannot recommend Chris’ profound talent enough.”
